What is Adventure In Spirit (AIS)?
Every Spring and/or Fall our spiritual community at Unity of Prescott participates in Adventure in Spirit (AIS). AIS is a seven-week series that incorporates spiritual teachings from a specific book into every aspect of our spiritual community including services, special gatherings, children’s and teen programs, and small study circles. This total integration unites our collective energy, deepens our relationship with God and each other, and provides opportunities for us to deepen our commitment to our spiritual community.
Adventure in Spirit is a chance to dialogue in small study circles.
Unity of Prescott is a place where we can meet and dialogue with people of like minds. During AIS we are encouraged to delve deeper into the book and the teachings by participating in small study circles. Small study circles, hosted and/or facilitated by congregants of our spiritual community, provide an intimacy that permits the asking of questions and the expression of feelings and thoughts in a safe environment that encourages a deeper understanding of Truth Principles. Study circles are hosted throughout our geographic area at the homes of some of our members or here at Unity of Prescott, and at a variety of days and times that fit different schedules.
Adventure in Spirit is a time for a special gatherings.
During AIS we have two special gatherings. We gather together for a simple meal, a time of connection, the opportunity to meet other group members, and to set our personal intention for this seven-week adventure. To bring our sacred adventure to a close, we come together for a theme-based potluck dinner.
