Spring brings renewal to all of nature, which includes each one of us! Now is the time to deep-clean the house, closets and drawers, and perhaps throw out some of those old negative thoughts and feelings we may have been carrying around. The message of spring is to begin anew!
No matter what challenges we may have experienced in the past year, there is trust that God is working through each of us to bring about divine order in the world, beginning in our own little corner. Unity teaches personal responsibility, and encourages us to use our spiritual gifts and talents in creating a loving, supportive church environment, as well as improving our own personal life, and spreading good energy into the community.
Those of us in Pastoral Care look forward to lots of good things happening in our group this year, and we welcome both men and women to join us. Spring is such a good time to begin a new adventure! We get together for a meeting the last Tuesday of each month. For information, please contact any team member.
Blessings,
Pat Pullan

We have our annual Pastoral Care Team training 9:00 am to Noon in Fellowship Hall, Thursday, March 22.
We would be delighted to have anyone who is interested in becoming a member, to attend one of our meetings and see what it’s all about.
The requirements for becoming a Pastoral Care member are:
1. Be a member of Unity Church for 6 months (minimum).
2. Complete all required classes that may include but not be limited to:
- Prayer
- Pastoral Care skills (training done through Hospice, Prescott People Who Care, etc., will count towards Pastoral Care Team skills.)
- Prosperity
- Unity Principles
3. An individual may come as a guest to a meeting and may begin attending meetings upon fulfilling the membership requirements and completing at least one of the classes.
Until all classes are completed, the individual may participate in all activities except after Sunday service prayer and visitation as a Pastoral Care member-in-training. Anyone interested in joining may contact Bev Blevins or any other member of the Pastoral Care Team for further information.
